§ The Attorney-GeneralThe results of the police investigation of the sinking of the MV Marchioness have been submitted to the Director of Public Prosecutions, the final report having been received on 22 March 1990.
The evidence has been submitted to Treasury counsel for advice. Consideration of the case is proceeding with all proper expedition.
