§ Mr. ScottDetails of budget allocations and expenditure for loans and grants for each social security region and local office are kept in the Library. These figures are available for each year since 1988. In my statement on the social fund to the House on 26 March at columns 21-40 I announced that the budget allocations for the year 1990–91 had been placed in the Library.
