§ Mr. Peter WalkerMany of the circulars issued by my Department are issued jointly with the relevant Whitehall Department. Where they are separate, however, my Department seeks to issue them concurrently with their English equivalents unless there are good reasons for not doing so. In such cases they are issued as soon as possible.
