§ Mr. MacleanThe European Council of Ministers is currently considering a proposal which will require suppliers of animal feeds to declare the materials of categories of materials used in them to supplement existing detailed labelling requirements. Any new measures will be enacted in United Kingdom legislation under the Agriculture Act 1970, which will continue to be enforced by local authorities.
