§ Mr. Archie HamiltonNATO's Defence Planning Committee published a report last December on "Enhancing Alliance Collective Security—Shared Roles, Risks and Responsibilities in the Alliance". There was further consideration of burden-sharing at the June meeting of the Defence Planning Committee. Discussions within the Alliance are continuing.
