To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what restrictions there are on United Kingdom exports of civil nuclear technology and nuclear materials to Libya.

All United Kingdom exports of nuclear technology and materials continue to be governed by the policy set out by the then Foreign Secretary on 31 March 1976.
