To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if he will appoint an inquiry into events at the Kincora boy's home in Northern Ireland, with specific terms of reference to consider allegations of criminal activites by Crown employees.

To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland when he will reply to the hon. Member for Kingston upon Hull, North's letter of 4 September concerning the expert evidence of Mr. Radley confirming the authenticity of the memorandum drawn up by Mr. Colin Wallace on the Kincora boys' home dated 8 November 1974.
