§ Mr. PortilloThe Department receives information quarterly on the performance of each passenger sector against the quality objectives, including punctuality and, in addition, four-weekly reports for Network SouthEast and Provincial. British Rail reports formally on its performance against the quality of service objectives in its annual report and accounts.
