§ Mr. LoydenTo ask the Secretary of State for Social Security (1) what information he has on the work of the independent agency commissioned to explore the impact of the increased maximum period of disqualification on decisions about leaving or taking work as well as the effects on the circumstances of those who are disqualified;
(2) if he will report on the results of a survey conducted by his Department in the first three months of the current year into the effects of increasing to 26 weeks the maximum period of disqualification for unemployment benefit.
