§ Mr. MaudeWe have on a number of occasions raised with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees and with the South West African People's Organisation the question of detainees held in Angola. We will continue to support the efforts of the United Nations to trace those missing.
If the United Nations special representative certifies the elections to have been free and fair, it is vital that all sides accept that judgment, whatever the result.
