§ Mr. Donald ThompsonAs my noble Friend the Minister of State at the Scottish Office announced on 4 May, the Government have decided that further consultations should take place on schemes for salmon dealer licensing in England and Wales and in Scotland. We intend to issue consultation papers shortly inviting early comments. The details of the schemes, and their timetables for introduction, will be considered in the light of comments received.
