Whether they have any plans to encourage improved parliamentary scrutiny of proposals for European Community legislation by enabling Members of Parliament to discuss such proposals with Members of the European Parliament.

We are in favour of improved links between Westminster and the European Parliament. It is for Members to decide the extent of these links.
