§ Mrs. Virginia BottomleyUnder section 54(9) of the Act any object or structure fixed to a listed building either internally or externally is protected by the listed building controls in section 55, in so far as its removal, alteration or extension would affect the character of the building as one of special architectural or historic interest. We have no plans to extend the controls to cover moveable objects.
