§ Mr. Peter MorrisonAt my meeting with the President of Electrobras, I explained the United Kingdom's plans for electricity privatisation and experiences in energy efficiency and offered further discussions with officials in my Department. Electrobras has not yet had an opportunity to take up this offer.
