§ Mr. Cousins
To ask the Secretary of State for Transport what is the period of the following construction202W and maintenance works (a) Tees viaduct A19, (b) Darlington area A1 (M), (c) Dishforth interchange A1 and (d) Doncaster area A1(M ); what estimates he has of average delay times at peak periods for each set of works; and if he will make a statement on the reasons for undertaking all these works at the same time.

The delays vary greatly depending upon the stage of the works and traffic conditions.
These road works are essential to maintain and improve these heavily trafficked routes.
