§ Mr. HurdParking enforcement has been under review by a working party under Home Office chairmanship on which the Department of Transport, the police service and the local authority associations have been represented. The working party has now completed its report, which identifies a number of areas of concern and possible proposals for change. I am placing a copy of the report in the Library. The Government will consider their conclusions carefully over the next few months.
