§ Mrs. ChalkerThe aviation liberalisation package of December 1987 commits the Council of Ministers to adopt further measures by June 1990. The Commission has to bring forward proposals by 1 November this year. The United Kingdom's support for further effective measures 463W has been made clear in a memorandum to the Commission. A copy of this has been placed in the Library of the House.
