§ Mr. Peter WalkerThe Monopolies and Mergers Commission report on the supply of beer in the United Kingdom made a number of recommendations aimed at improving the position of tenants. My right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry has said that he is minded to implement the recommendations. He has also indicated that he is willing to receive representations on matters of concern.
