§ Mr. Douglas HoggOne new prison (Lancaster Farms) is currently under construction in the north-west and three (Kirkham, Rochdale, and Fazakerley) are subject to discussion with relevant planning authorities. There are no plans at present to open a new prison in the Warrington area.
