To ask the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster if he will make a statement on the Internal Market Council held on 13 March.

§ Mr. Maude
The Council, at which I represented the United Kingdom, reached broad agreement on an important directive to break down barriers to the free flow of television programmes across frontiers within the Community. The Council also adopted a directive on the permissible sound level and exhaust system of motor cycles.
