To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment if he has made any evaluation of the evidence presented to the Hinkley C nuclear inquiry by the Irish Sea Project and Ms. Penelope Boyce on radioactive liquid waste discharges from United Kingdom nuclear plants.

Her Majesty's inspectorate of pollution has considered those parts of the evidence submitted to the inquiry by the Irish sea project and Ms. Penelope Boyle that are relevant to the Department's interests.
