§ Mr. Michael ForsythThe importance of agriculture in Scotland's rural areas is a regular theme of speeches by my right hon. and learned and noble Friends. Most recently my noble Friend dealt with this among other issues in his keynote address to the annual general meeting of the Scottish National Farmers Union last week.
