To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment when he expects the relevant Minister in his Department to reply to the letter dated 9 January from the hon. Member for Newham, South; and if, in the light of its contents, he will correct any information in the letter sent from his Department dated 21 December 1988 to hon. Members concerning the Football Spectators Bill [Lords].
