§ Mr. EggarThere are no restrictions on trade with Vietnam. We ceased aid to Vietnam in 1979 following the Vietnamese invasion of Cambodia. We welcome the Vietnamese announcement of intention to withdraw from Cambodia and are following developments closely, but we have no immediate plans to change our policy.
