§ Mr. TrippierThe Government's expenditure plans 1989–90 to 1991–92 (Cm. 609) take full account of LDDC's priorities, which include helping to improve social infrastructure. The LDDC is constantly concerned to use the resources which can be made available to it in the most effective way.
