§ Mr. CorbettTo ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he will make it his policy for the national television licence records office to collect fees for concessionary licences from persons in dwellings erected or converted for occupation by persons eligible under the Wireless Telegraphy (Broadcasting Licence Charges and Exemption) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 1988 against a list of completed licence schedules and appropriate certificates from a local authority or housing association.
