To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department what discussions he has had with the Police Federation regarding the introduction of membership cards for football supporters.

My right hon. Friend has had no discussions with the Police Federation on this subject but my hon. Friend the Minister for Sport met them on 15 December. They have also had a meeting with officials.
