§ Mr. Peter WalkerThe information requested is given in the tables. Capital allocations shown for 1988–89 and 1989–90 are provisional. Allocations form only part of local authority capital investment capacity. Gross spending provision (excluding provision for law and order services) for all district and county councils in Wales for 1989–90 is £4.50 million, an increase of 8.2 per cent. over 1988–89.
