§ Mr. RentonWe have so far received over 2,200 responses to the White Paper, a number of which propose some form of competitive tender procedure for licence allocation. Some expected responses are still outstanding, but we have it in mind in due course to place in the Library a list of the main organisations who have submitted comments.
