§ The Attorney-GeneralThe Law Commission's report No. 110, Cmnd. 8388, amounts for the most part to a recommendation for a restatement of the common law of breach of confidence and the Government do not propose, particularly in the light of recent judgments which restate that law, to give its implementation high priority at present.
