§ The Prime MinisterNo specific representations have been received. The small firms sector is flourishing in the 529W beneficial climate the Government have created for businesses. Estimated, unadjusted figures for last year are already showing a record rate of new business formation, net of closures, of 1,300 new businesses a week.
