HL Deb 28 June 1989 vol 509 c829WA
Lord St. John of Fawsley

asked Her Majesty's Government:

Whether they have yet received the report of the War Crimes Inquiry, and whether they intend to publish it.

The Minister of State, Home Office (Earl Ferrers)

My right honourable friend has received the inquiry's report. He is examining it, first, with a view to publication, subject to the need to avoid prejudicing the position of individuals or any proceedings which might take place.
