asked Her Majesty's Government:

Whether they consider that the Charity Commissioners are correct in regarding Section 1(5) of the Reverter of Sites Act 1987 as giving rise to uncertainty; and also in regarding the situation arising under Section 1 of the Act to be wholly unsatisfactory; and if so, whether the Government propose to introduce amending legislation to remedy the position.
