To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will give the numbers of local authority housing stock in(a) Corby and (b) East Northamptonshire as at 1 April 1979 and the latest convenient date.

The information for April 1979 and April 1988 was reported by local authorities in their annual housing investment programme returns (HIP1) and appears in column B11 of "HIP1 All Items Print (1979)" and column All of "HIP1 All Items Print (1988)".
