To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will explain the differences in the categories of Hong Kong residents referred to in Government replies on 6 June as(a) 3.6 million, Official Report, column 16, (b) 3.5 million, Official Report, column 16 and (c) 3.25 million, Official Report, column 31.
