§ Mr. HurdI announced on 17 May the outcome of the meetings of European Community Immigration Ministers and Trevi Ministers, which I attended in Madrid on 12 May, in reply to a question from my hon. Friend the Member for Portsmouth, South (Mr. Martin) at column208. Suitable steps are being taken to give effect to these decisions.
