§ 61. Mr. RookerTo ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer when he expects the Inland Revenue valuation officer to be able to inform businesses of the new rateable values following re-valuation.
§ Mr. Norman LamontInland Revenue valuation officers are to complete the revaluation and send each charging authority a copy of the proposed list for its area by 31 December 1989. The authority is then to deposit the copy at its principal office and give notice of its availability for public inspection. The list comes into force from 1 April 1990.
