§ Mr. GummerThe level of the community charge in Nottingham in 1990 depends on the expenditure levels set by both Nottingham city council and Nottinghamshire county council. I have made no estimate of these and cannot forecast what the community charge might be. Illustrative estimates of charges had the new system been in operation this year were placed in the Library on 19 July.
