§ Mr. ClayTo ask the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster on how many occasions between 1 April 1988 and 31 March 1989(a) he, or the right hon. and learned Member for Rushcliffe (Mr. Clarke) and (b) his officials, met representatives of Cuban shipping interests.
§ Mr. NewtonMy officials met representatives of the Cuban shipping company Mambisa in Havana in July 1988. They have had other meetings with financial advisers to Acemex, a company which provides certain services in Mambisa.
