§ Mr. ForthOne Joblink 1000 project has been established in the Wolverhampton task force area, but there are similar pilot projects in other task force areas, including Spitalfields and Middlesbrough. Task forces tailor projects to meet local needs; these pilot projects can be incorporated into main Government programmes, but are not programmes themselves.
