§ Mr. NichollsThe Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 1985 already require that accidents which arise out of or in connection with, work activities covered by the Health and Safety at Work, etc. Act 1974 are reported to the relevant enforcing authority. In the case of accidents in shops this is normally the local authority.
