§ Mr. Michael SpicerApproval has been given to the UKAEA to use some of its pre-contract research funds to support its role as a member of the safe integral reactor (SIR) consortium which is at present bidding for funds from the United States Department of Energy. The UKAEA has joined the consortium as a commercial venture.
