§ Mr. Wyn RobertsI cannot announce the publication date of the study being undertaken by Deloitte, Haskins and Sells at the request of the Welsh Office as it is only now nearing completion. When the report is to hand it will be studied closely by the Department in consulation with the relevant health authorities and other interested parties.
