What is the proportion of the Ministry of Defence's expenditure on hydrographic surveys which is met by the Department of Transport.

Ministry of Defence expenditure on hydrographic surveys, including expenditure on the surveying flotilla's general fleet tasks, is currently about £40 million per annum, of which approximately £6 million is met by the Department of Transport.
