To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs how many of the decisions of the European Court have not yet been implemented by each of the member states of the European Economic Community; and if he will make a statement.

According to table 10 of the "Official Journal of the European Communities" C310, volume 31 of 5 December 1988 (available in the Library), at 31 December 1987 the information was as follows:

The two judgments listed against the United Kingdom have now been implemented.
