To ask the Secretary of State for Wales if he will publish details of those sewage treatment works in the Rhymney valley which require capital investment to bring the quality of discharges up to that stipulated in their discharge consents.

The sewage treatment works at Draethen and Rudry are included in the programme of capital investment.
