To ask the Prime Minister if she has received representations regarding the reduction of pollution.

The Prime Minister

I have received a number of representations regarding the environment. I share the concern that it should be protected and pollution reduced. The Government have undertaken many measures to improve the quality of the environment. We intend to bring forward further legislative proposals on pollution control shortly.
