Member for Reigate (Mr. Gardiner) on 18 January,Official Report, columns 202–3, he will express the number of breath tests given and the number positive as a percentage of (a) resident population of the police area, (b) per mile of road in the police area and (c) per registered motor vehicle in the police area.
