§ Mr. FreemanI wish to extend to the relatives of Mr. Watts my deepest sympathy over his most unfortunate death. I have asked the Broadmoor hospital management team to report to me quickly on the action they propose to take in response to the coroner's findings following the inquest. I shall give the hospital's proposals my urgent consideration.
