§ Mr. TrippierNone. If a borrower finds it difficult to make his regular repayment he should immediately contact his lender, who can then offer him appropriate advice. If his house is repossessed by the lender the local authority, which has the responsibility for housing the homeless, must decide on the appropriate housing provision, taking account of all the facts of the case.
